Emotional Well-being and Resilience Level Condition of Mine Workers in Dalmia Magnesite Corporation

Abstract

In this article, the state of the art of research is based on resilience level condition and Emotional Well-being of Mine workers in Dalmia Magnesite Corporation. So far experimental studies show that emotionally healthy persons become more involved in their community and organization is well. Whereas emotionally distressed persons creates physical illness. In added to this their behavior makes them lack of searching new work opportunities and negatively expressive in nature. This article enables to understand these conditions among mine workers in Dalmia Magnesite Corporation.
