Fitness is well thought-out as the most vital phenomenon in today's humanity which determines the assets of the country at great. The health concern industry in India is one of the major profitable and fastest mounting professions. Nurses play the major role in health concern organization and are the first ones who are thought about when we converse about health care and thus it is essential that their needs have to be taken care and a pleasant atmosphere could be created for them to work with most, the result of which would be an elevated nursing care. Findings prove that age has significant impact on role overload and compensation using chi-square test. The correlation analysis gives evident that age and adequate compensation and job satisfaction have negative correlation. Hence the results manifested that nurses have moderate level of work life balance.
