B-Mail System for Regional Languages-BMR

The world which is at present in its electronic age is taking a new turn with every fraction of second and there are a lot of new means of communication which have made our life so simple and easy going. Mobile phone are the one which tops the list of various communication and they can be seen as the most used present day phenomenon and it is considered to be a revolutionary step in this field. The place where technologies are increasing day by day people like visually impaired and blind cannot be able to cope up with these evolving technologies compared to that of the normal people. In this research paper artificial intelligence methods are used to develop the blind mail system using one's regional language which not only helps the visually challenged and blind people it also helps comparatively high for illiterate people to use the service without any difficulty and it does not require any previous training. Machine learning algorithm HMM is used to train the system. The system will make use of tap operation for text to speech and speech to text conversion.
