The present work is mainly focuses in understanding and acquiring knowledge about the influential factors on investment behavior and ways these factors impact investment risk tolerance and decision making process among different age groups selected for the study. The individuals may be equal in all aspects, but their financial planning needs are very different. This study is an attempt to find out the factors that are affecting the investment of an individual decision and the variations in the perception of Investors in the investment decisions on basis of demographic variables identified.
