Abstract

This paper proposes a technology which integrates sensors and wireless communication to monitor the health conditions. The proposed WBSN network does the acquisition of health data using body sensors and perform aggregation and send that data to cloud server. An adaptive data aggregation algorithm is used to combine the data from bio sensors. A data aggregator is used to aggregate the sensor data and it is used to send the data information to health server. It also detects abnormalities and provides immediate warnings to the patient. An intermediate health server which is connected with internet to cloud server is active to send the body sensor data. Healthcare applications require end to end system reliability and data delivery. Energy and security are the main requirements in body sensor networks. The proposed method promises modest health monitoring for a long period of time in a energy efficient and secure method.
