Website Quality on Online Behavioural Intention of Organic Food Industry in Bengaluru City: Substantiation from Business Level Manager

Abstract

This manuscript presents valuable insight into consumers’ online purchase intentions regarding organic foods. Exclusively, it scrutinizes on persuade of website quality on consumers’ intention to purchase organic food online based on the Bengalurian perspective. The study employed quantitative method; where 495 respondents participated in a survey. Here 9 point scaling techniques were adopted. The results indicate that website quality has straight collision on online behavioural intentions of organic foods in Bengaluru through the complete arbitration of customer satisfaction. On the other hand, demographic factors had no significant effect on online behavioural intention.
