Demographic profile of employees from information technology organizations in India underwent a change for the past decade with millennials forming large part of the workforce and they are believed to be technological multitaskers with aspirational attitude, found to be different from that of other generations. Two key dimensions’ happiness and fatigue are not measured due to complexity of their definition and measurement. Present research is conducted based on of human resources managers of six major information technology organizations across eight hundred and fifty employees. The important inference of research is higher the happiness of the employees is related to fatigue and larger the number of employees in the happiness are likely to face less fatigue. This indication suggests human resources managers to focus on happiness, which is likely to reduce fatigue of employees.
