Abstract

Currently, serious observations are made now in road safety as a full of danger makes observations domain. However, the greater number or parts of them are based on high in price roads and systems. This study researches another outline for notices spreading between vehicles with no reliance on road establishment. We propose an Intelligent transportation System (ITS) are propelled applications which, without encapsulating knowledge thusly, attempt to make prepared tending to new services, identifying with various methods of transport and traffic administration and make capable distinctive users to be a better point by point and make more secure, more planned, and “more quick witted” utilization of transport systems. The system is primarily of an On Board Unit (OBU), SmartLicense-(SL), a computer and Road Side units (RSUs). The OBU is placed inside the vehicle. The SL is a person driving License Number to check the eligibility to way in the vehicle. RSU is to be placed at the road points going across. The server forms a hosted knowledge-base and a web application.
