The education is to be provided by parents rather than public. The growth of Parents and Teachers organizations, the demand for better teachers, and the faith in the value of educational experiences all render the way for learning through parents, teachers and experience. In countries like India where English is not the first language, many parents and communities believe their children will get a head-start in education by going ‘straight for English’ and bypassing the home language. It is applicable to all our times and our conditions. Recently, many governments are now making their regional language as their official language. It means the parental bond with the language and culture gets stronger and stronger. At the same time, English an official and national language. Although the content of education has changed with the development of our public educational system, these excerpts serve to remind us that the same basic problems must ever be attacked anew by each generation. This paper argues that conditions supporting dissemination of dissemination of parents, teachers and experience. Also, it offers a table of participants’ suggestions for administrators to encourage teachers to share their learning with colleagues.
