The research focus on the impact of emotional Intelligence on conflict and their attributes that plays among the employees in the organisation that gives positive or negative Work Climate among the employees. If conflict emerged among the group or among the peers, it is hard to streamline every subordinate to share his/her thoughts or views towards the problem seeking solution. However, in the real scenario it is found that the conflict triggers the creativity to implement the desired thought in action. The study focuses on understanding the level of awareness in conflict and impact of Emotional Intelligence on conflict in resolutions among the IT/ITES employees in South Indian Region and Singapore Region.
Around 641 responses were collected from respondents (IT/ITES employees) from Southern region – Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Singapore Region. Cluster Sampling Technique is used to get the respondents for the research. Data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics, includes Mean, Pearson correlation, ANOVA, Chi-square, Regression.
It is found that is positive impact of Emotional Intelligence towards the level of awareness on Conflict Management among the IT/ITES employees across the region.
The Result of the Study In-sighted there is a positive impact of EI towards the level of awareness on conflict management among the employees.
