The nature of cultural diplomacy in thoughts system of The Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran

The paper is formed based on the nature of cultural diplomacy from the perspective of supreme leader of Islamic Republic of Iran. First, the theoretical framework of cultural diplomacy and dialogue of Islamic Revolution has studied. And in subsequent discussions, the theoretical foundations of cultural diplomacy from the perspective of the West and the Islamic world scholars and sages, especially sage and scholar of the Islamic has been discussed. The important and applied point in the system of supreme leader thoughts of Islamic Republic of Iran is paying attention to the cultural diplomacy and “man”, which he paid attention to the man's divine nature in practical examples of his messages and speeches. The purpose of writing this paper is outlining the position cultural diplomacy from the perspective of supreme leader of Islamic Republic of Iran and providing a solution to advance the goals of cultural diplomacy with respect to thoughts of supreme leader of Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method is descriptive, content analysis (discourse analysis) and tis study has been made using library resources. In this paper, we conclude that, the nature of cultural diplomacy from the perspective of supreme leader of Islamic Republic of Iran, includes the Islamic Philosophy and innate diplomacy, which are considered as the two most important and effective elements in optimization and cultural diplomacy quality.
