The efficiency of any industry can run only if there is full and effective dedication on the part of each and every single worker. This implies that any organization can only successfully run if workers are fully satisfied in the work-life balance. The study entitled ‘Balancing the work and family life of workers’ has been carried out in RKM MINES Salem. This is based on workers survey through questionnaire as well as personal interview in the company. This study consists of a sample size of 278 factory workers. The researcher collected the required data through structured non disguised questionnaire method and followed census survey method.
