The concept of approximation is one of the most fundamental phenomena in rough set theory. Quadtree is a tree data structure. Traditional quad tree structure defined in the literature deals mainly with white, grey and black nodes. Rough matrix theory and QRM is coined by Vijayabalaji and Balaji. The purpose of this paper is to construct Quad Rough Matrix using dense factor of the images in quadtree.
