Over utilization and under utilization of physical resources creates energy consumption, bottlenecks etc. Hence, balancing the load among physical machines assists in minimizing resource consumption, implementation of fail-over, enhancing scalability, avoiding bottlenecks and over-provisioning of resources in a cloud data center. Therefore, we propose load balance strategies to attain balance load in cloud data center. The proposed strategies are evaluated through simulation. We have identified that, the healthier load balance has been attained through our strategies.
