The research was done on the title of Occupational Health factor affecting Employees in Textiles Industries. Working in an industry is toughest job to perform the organizational expectation nowadays. In this scenario the employees are working in the textiles industry facing so many obstacles to perform their job effectively. Employees are supposed to consider various such as personal, social, organizational, psychological and physiological issues in their jobs. Mostly the employees are high chances to affect by the way of health. Event studies has been witnessed that the occupational stress was associated with gastric health problems. The research carried out by the researcher having the descriptive research design and by applying systematic samples of 115 samples and also statistical tools like percentage analysis, chi square were used for analysing the primary data, suitable suggestion given for the further development in the firm.
