The emerging process of utilizing the renewable energy resources is much more essential and need for human life cycle. In this paper Galvanized Iron (GI) metal sheet is used as heat absorber plate where tube is fixed below the collector plate in which air circulated by forced convection method which is most efficient mode. The using blower air is circulated inside the tube in which bonded with GI metal sheet and air is heated by absorbing heat from solar radiation which passes into dryer chamber. In the drying chamber 1 Kg of mint leaves is dried under the metrological condition in Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, Hosur, and Tamilnadu, India. The mint leaves has been dried in a constant air flow rate (2.8m/s) within 4 hours and the efficiency obtained in this process is about 44.5%.
