The present study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on job commitment of female teachers of middle course at Tehran. The population of this study consisted of 8400 middle school female teachers of Tehran. The sample size was determined based on Morgan table and the sample was selected by relative random sampling. Accordingly, 382 teachers were tested using researcher-made questionnaire out of them 350 true questionnaires were analyzed after receipt. Upon data analysis, it was specified that there is a significant correlation between 4 factors of job commitment and 6 factors of organizational culture in alpha level 0.05. In addition, management support, organizational identity, leadership style, and the quality and quantity of service providing out of organizational culture factors significantly had predictability of teachers’ job commitment in alpha level 0.05.
