The words over finite alphabets have been studied using various properties. One such branch of study that deals with numerical properties of words includes Parikh vector and the Parikh matrices of words. The Generalized Parikh vectors and Generalized Parikh matrices of words have added more clarity to this. The extension of these to 2D binary arrays has been of recent interest and this paper throws light on the Parikh prime and Generalized Parikh prime 2D binary arrays.
