Shashi Deshpande's ‘That Long Silence’: A Journey from Pandemonium to Paradise

Shashi Deshpande, an outstanding and award Indian Women novelist who elucidates the potential of women as human being. She enumerates the silence of middle class educated Indian women in the sphere of familial relationship. Due to the patriarchal predomination, women are being instigated negatively in oppression and positively tops in conviction.
