The aim of this study is to explore and assess the impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational citizenship behaviour in banking sector. To measure the corporate social responsibility, Maignan and Ferrell (2004) CSR scale was adopted. And to measure the organizational citizenship behaviour Podsakoff, Mackenzie, Moorman, and Fetter (1990) OCB scale was used. This paper examines the dimension of corporate social responsibility (CSR) which has community responsibilities, environmental responsibilities, employee responsibilities, customer responsibilities and investors’ responsibility. And examines the dimensions of Organizational citizenship behaviour which has conscientiousness; sportsmanship; courtesy, civic virtue; altruism, the data was collected from six hundred and seventeen employees of banking sector. Structural Equation Modelling was used to model the impact of corporate social responsibility on Organizational citizenship behaviour. The results of the study indicates that the positive impact corporate social responsibility on Organizational citizenship behaviour
