The objective is to design a technique for image recovery by employing high level characteristics along with the semantics. The technique is fully dependent on hue, shape and quality features and also transforming the low level features into high level by employing fuzzy based rules which are derived using image extraction techniques. This method offers a list of structures holding the information of an image with high level features with semantics which are employed for capturing high level hue characteristics.
