Saoji Bhojnalaya Owners’ Perception about Saoji Cuisine: A Study of Saoji Bhojnalayas of Nagpur City

Abstract

The present study aims to study the Bhojnalaya owners’ perception about Saoji cuisine in the Saoji Bhojnalayas of Nagpur city. To serve the objective descriptive research design is used and primary data is collected from 50 Saoji Bhojnalaya owners with the help of questionnaire. Data is analyzed with the help of mean it has been concluded that Bhojnalaya owners are having positive attitude about Saoji cuisine. They are doing at their level best to preserve the Saoji cuisine as well as they feel that Saoji cuisine can be developed as destination & national cuisine.
