The concept of organizations restructuring may be very relevant in India as the country is currently undergoing the process of digitization and transformation. The concept paper aims to highlights the important role that theoretical models may provide while restructuring the government organizations. The paper largely attempts to provide insight to those government organizations that are witnessing change as a result of adopting the transformational journey due to IT revolution taking place in the country. The paper tries to address the transformation purely from the perspective of people management.
