Key Indicators and Components of the Professional Ethics in Management Ethics

Abstract

Today in behavior analysis of organizations, addressing the ethical and moral values is one of the requirements. External symbol of organizations constitutes their ethical behavior which is the sum of various moral values in which organizations have emerged. In Iranian society, our managers, have very little concern about ethical obligations of the firm. A few years ago the managers thought they could solve the problem of production without moral connection, while today the main element in managing is professional ethics. In fact, professional ethics is a rational thinking process that aims to ascertain the fact that in the organization which values at what time should be preserved. In professional ethics, the problem that the whole world confronts is about executive guaranty. Does executive guaranty exist as professional ethics or not to fulfill the expectations of government managers? In our society, many words are said in this regard, and many people are valued for this category, but the important thing is that they should be fulfilled.
