Abstract

This paper presents the tribological behavior of glass fiber reinforced polymer composites made-up by vacuum bagging method. Composites were experimentally investigated under dry sliding surroundings. Wear tests were conducted on a pin on disc type tribometer and E glass fiber as counteract carcass descending under dry situation, the loads from 50Kg to 150 Kg is applied on the fiber material to study the behavior of the same.
