The Organizational Climate is a set of attributes which is specific to a particular organization. Which are formed by the way that the organization deals with its employees and other people who are related to the organization and its environment. The individual members in the organization and the whole as an organizational, makes the climate which form a set of attitudes and experience, which describe the organization climate in terms of both static characteristics and behavior consequence and outcome-outcome possibilities. The study unit, was Harihar Alloys Pvt. Ltd., Tiruchirappalli, TamilNadu, India. They generates employment opportunities and income in the Tiruchirapalli region and it is one of the premier institutions in the region in terms of its uniqueness. In the organization researcher establish the related factors in organizational climate which cause the satisfaction to the employee in the working environment in that way it impact will on their job excellence and to determine if there are differences in the way senior employees and junior employees perceive the existing organizational climate. A study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting organizational climate and thereby job satisfaction. The researcher made use of descriptive statistics to obtain results. Results indicate significant positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among the employees in Harihar Alloys Pvt. Ltd that the climate of an organization and job satisfaction vary together. However, this study had provided variables like, lines of communication, training and development, welfare measures, etc., to affect the organization climate. Therefore, this paper attempts to establish the relationships that are present between the different variables of organizational climate, such as communication, teamwork, welfare measures, training and development, role and responsibility, decision making and job satisfaction among the employees in the study unit.
