Issues at workplace are becoming more multifaceted in today?s vibrant organizations. Organizations attempt to gain modest improvement by retaining star personnel. But handling them effectively at workplace is the necessity of the time. The objective of this paper is to identify and cluster the aspects and identify underlying dimensions which may help the employees to establish spiritually intelligent behavior in the organization. In this framework, variables have been acknowledged from the collected works and subsequent discussion. On the basis of information collected, standardized inventory from different workplace setting have been used to identify the factors affecting spiritual intelligence and a factor analysis has been applied to identify various constructs demonstrating spiritually intelligent behavior at workplace. Four constructs were identified and each of the 24 statements was classified in these four domains. Reliability and other descriptive analysis were performed to measure the accuracy of the test.
