Chhattisgarh former undivided Madhya Pradesh (M.P.) has the similar problem of unemployment as it is on the National front. The gap between the employment opportunities and employment seeking people is continuously widening looking into this problem the Central Government had introduced a scheme of employment services. This scheme had two motives to sure in general, firstly to provide proper employment to those who are seeking employment and secondly, the selection of proper candidates for these vacancies. With this research paper I would like to find the gap between Registration and Placement of Candidates in Chhattisgarh and to through light on the functions of Employment Exchanges.
