Network centred offences: A Feminist critique

Abstract

The paper shows how it is possible for offences against the Women to take place on the internet. There are a variety of different ways in which harms can occur to Women on the internet. With some forms this is where people produce material that is illegal and this could be either through trickery or consent. However, it is also possible to consider other ways that harm can be caused to those who use the internet and in this paper two forms will be considered. This paper raises the issues like cyber stalking and discusses the impacts of Network centred Offences on Women.
