The objective of this paper is to understand the relation between job satisfaction and organizational culture. The research concluded that organizational culture is an important condition that operates in every organization, though mostly invisible to the members of the organization or external environment. This paper reflects on the organizational culture characteristics and importance that assist in promoting a healthy and successful organization. Quantitative research approach was used with 120 sample of respondents participated in the study. Data was then collected from the employees working in PSU'S. Reliability was tested through reliability test, which shows 89.5% our sample data is reliable. This reliability allowed for further analysis of the data. Factor analysis has been used to show the independent variables accuracy of the data. Further Regression analysis has been used to determine the relationship between supportive organizational culture, innovative organizational culture and bureaucratic organizational culture with job satisfaction.
