The study is conducted to understand the role of psychological capital in creating happiness at workplace. The study was conducted among UG teachers. The results of the study revealed that psychological capital has an impact on happiness at work. Among the dimensions of psychological capital, hope was found to have more impact on happiness at work followed by resilience.
