Abstract

The experiences of developed countries indicate that there are enormous scopes of using internet facilities in all the research and academic institutions for the research scholars. It is an effective tool for communication. Inan effort to combat against knowledge of internet issues related to agricultural development, agricultural undergraduate as a future generation of agricultural development need to possess general awareness and knowledge about internet. Focused and timely efforts to apply knowledge by the agricultural undergraduate can enable them to stand successfully against the use of internet to play a leadership role in overall development of agriculture. The present study was undertaken on a random sample of undergraduate students studying in agriculture faculty of B.A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University located at Anand of Gujarat state. The selected dependent and independent variables were measured with the help of suitable scale and procedures. The level of knowledge of the undergraduate students was observed significantly higher among those who had Involvement in extra curricular activity, father's education primary to collage level andless anxiety about use of computer.
