Abstract

Five different cultivated and wild types of plant extracts viz.; Garlic, Onion, Bhang, Tulsi, and Alo everawere evaluated against test pathogen. Mycelial growth inhibition varied significantly with different botanicals at different concentration levels viz.; 5%, 10% and 20%. Maximum growth inhibition was recorded at 20% concentration in garlic followed by onion and bhang. Aloevera and tulsi were not found effective at all in checking the mycelia growth of Colletotrichum dematium var. truncata.
