Abstract

Butea monosperma (Lam.) Taub. (Fabaceae-Papilionoideae) commonly known as Palas recorded as a host plant of stink bug, Cyclopelta siccifolia (Westwood) (Dinidoridae: Heteroptera) in South Gujarat. This is the first report of infestation of these bugs on Palas in this ecosystem and perhaps in Gujarat.
