Abstract

Epidemiological studies indicated that evening relative humidity (RH-II), rainfall (RF) has significant negative effect on aphid population while maximum temperature showed significant positive effect on disease incidence. DAC-ELISA test and electron micrographs indicated the presence of CMV.
