A field experiment was conducted during kharif 2014 to study the economics of drip fertigation in aerobic rice as influenced by levels of irrigation and fertigation at Zonal Agricultural Research Station, V.C. Farm, Mandya. Irrigation @150% CPE + DF 125% RDF registered higher cost of cultivation (Rs.35, 584 ha−1, respectively) followed by irrigation @150% CPE + DF 100% RDF (Rs. 34, 296 ha−1, respectively). However, the cost of cultivation found least under conventional method-flooded condition (Rs.30, 323 ha−1). The treatment irrigation @ 150% CPE + DF 125% RDF recorded higher gross returns of (Rs. 92, 363 ha−1) followed by drip fertigation at irrigation @ 125% CPE+ DF 125% RDF (Rs. 90 510 ha−1).
