Five soybean genotypes were evaluated in RBD with four replications during Kharif 2014 and summer 2015 to study the events of setting of bud to pod maturity in two different seasons. The growth and phenology of the crop was critically monitored on every day on randomly selected plants of every genotype. From the results obtained in the present investigation, it was concluded that, the genotype JS 9305 showed well events from setting of floral bud to till maturity of pods had earlier than other genotypes. JS-9305 followed by JS-335 begins reproductive growth 2–3 days earlier than other genotypes.
