A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of fertilizer levels and foliar nutrition on growth, leaf yield and quality of mulberry. Mulberry plant growth differed significantly due to recommended dose of fertilizer levels and foliar nutrition. The pooled results indicated that maximum mulberry plant growth, number of leaves per plant and leaf area was obtained with 100 per cent RDF + foliar nutrition @ 2.0 per cent (171.36 cm, 595.81 and 8093.14 cm2 respectively). The maximum leaf yield (10161.6 kg crop−1 ha−1) was recorded with 100 per cent RDF + foliar nutrition @ 2.0 per cent. Total sugar, reducing sugar, crude protein and chlorophyll content was maximum (31.68, 19.35, 17.43 mg g−1 and 35.94 respectively) due to application of 100 per cent RDF and foliar nutrition @ 2.0 per cent. Leaf moisture content was not influenced by treatment effect.
