A trial conducted to study the influence of different plant growth regulators on flowering, fruit set and yield of custard apple. Maximum number of flower per shoot was found with spraying of 200 ppm NAA. While, the highest number of fruit set per shoot, number of fruit retention per shoot and lowest number of fruit drop per shoot were noted with application of 50 ppm GA3. The physical parameters like fruit length, fruit girth and fruit weight were significantly found higher in 50 ppm GA3. Significantly maximum pulp weight per fruit and pulp-rag ratio of fruit were recorded in 50 ppm GA3. Similar results were observed for yield parameters. The maximum number of fruit, fruit yield per tree and fruit yield per hectare were found highest with the application of GA3 at 50 ppm.
