The present investigation is conducted to study the effect of growth regulator on IBA, NAA and panchagavya at different concentrations on rooting of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus L.) cuttings in different var. Domingo (Red), Baltico (White) and Bizet (Pink) under polyhouse conditions during 2013–2015. Among the growth regulator treatments IBA 150 ppm recorded less number of days for root initiation and highest percentage of rooting were establishment in rooted cuttings followed by the treatment NAA 150 ppm. IBA treatments recorded superior growth parameters in rooted carnation cuttings.
