The present study was conducted in Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts. In all there were 63 beneficiaries located in all 32 villages. Detailed analysis of the personal and socio-economic characteristics of the beneficiaries of Agro-advisory service indicated that majority of the beneficiaries of agro-advisory service were middle aged with high school level of education and marginal and semimedium category of land holding.. Majority of the beneficiaries were havingmediumannual income with farming as major occupation with medium farming experience and medium mass media exposure. The statistical analysis was done by using mean, percentage, and standard deviation.
