Abstract

A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of fertilizer levels and foliar nutrition on growth, leaf yield of mulberry. Mulberry plant growth differed significantly due to recommended dose of fertilizer levels and foliar nutrition. The pooled results indicated that maximum plant height, number of leaves per plant and leaf area was obtained with 100 per cent RDF + foliar nutrition @ 2.0 per cent (171.36 cm, 595.81 and 8093.14 cm2, respectively). The maximum leaf yield (10161.6 kg crop−1 ha−1) was recorded with 100 per cent RDF + foliar nutrition @ 2.0 per cent. Leaf moisture content was not influenced by treatment effect.
