Abstract

Out of different 10 genotypes/cultivars of tomato screened against L. trifolii basedon number of mines/leaf, number of larvae/leaf and per cent damaged leaves, ATL 01–19 recorded minimum mines (3.58/leaf), larvae (0.73/leaf) and per cent damaged leaves (15.02) followed by AT-3 and JTL 04–14 considered as less susceptible. Genotypes ATL 09–06, ATL 09–05 and JTL 04–16 were moderately susceptible while, JTL 04–167 found susceptible which recorded more number of mines (6.16/leaf), larvae (1.06/leaf) and per cent damaged leaves (18.94) followed by DVRT-2 and GT-2. Genotype ATL 01–19 registered significantly higher (326.75 q/ha) fruit yield except AT-3 and ATL 09–07.
