Ethics is a branch of philosophy dealing with values relating to human conduct with respect to the rightness or wrongness of certain actions. This article illustrates several concepts of ethics and administration. The article also tries to outline the situation of ethics in various sectors of Bangladesh administration. Finally, the paper suggests the ways to eradicate corruption and unethical behaviour in administration.
