Sub-Saharan Africa having less than 11% of world's population contains more than 70% of all HIV infected people. Present Paper examines the amount of expenses of govt. on health related services in that area, which would make sure that maximum number of women living with HIV/AIDS will be benefited from the test and treatment. The data collected from 38 Sub-Saharan countries where this pandemic has become an economic burden.
