This study Identify and Ranking the Indexes of Digital Divide Reduction in the rural areas of Khorasan Razavi Province - Iran. It is a descriptive survey based on three-dimensional model (structure, content, and context). The results indicate that in current situation, the contexts of digital divide reduction in rural areas of Khorasan Razavi are not provided of the triple dimensions; and current and optimal situations are far from each other. According to the findings, this gap is much fewer in structural dimension and the most one is about context. Hence, it can be suggested that government has initiated many comprehensive efforts in order to decrease the inland digital divide in Khorasan Razavi and has been regarded by relevant governors. But there is a long interval to achieve the optimal position of the programs. Finally, this research applies TOPSIS technique, a method for multi objective decision making, to prioritize the indexes of each dimension.
