The Present paper is an historical and cultural study of the effects of Inter Caste Marriages in the context of ancient India. Recent studies have provided a shot on the arm for traditionalists. Gene Pools get better in arranged marriages. In the present paper, my main thrust is to study people using biotechnology tools comparing genes and D.N.A. of various caste groups. It must be recognised that human beings are different. It is interesting to study how similar groups adapt to various diseases, how isolated groups have greater probability of contracting similar diseases, and what is so unique about such groups.
