This paper focus on the dimensions of Health and development in accordance with World Bank Report (2003), 25 percent of the global disease burden on women, related to sex and reproduction. The study seeks health from primary and secondary sources such as the NFHS I, II, III Census, Human Development Report etc. A brief look at the Unnao district throws light on the fact that Reproductive and child health program because this is big problem in our society.
