Poverty is a serious social and economic problem. Poverty norms are different from each other in various societies. That is why we can consider it as a relative condition. Many intellectuals have try to proved time to time that a person is self responsible for poverty, and the social system will be in existence till then some people fulfill their responsibilities towards society. Poverty is such condition in which a person does not maintain his life standard due to inadequate income of thoughtless expenditure so that his physical and mental skill sustain.
