Election is a capable means through which modern states create a sense of participation and share into public affair amongst citizens. Flawless election process is a foundation of the real representative government. Accordingly the present paper attempts to look into worldwide views about Electoral system to know what idea was conceived by the world for survival of it and why they liked It for making in public opinion in different manners. The example of electoral process from the World is need for better option against west minster systems. About criminalization of politics is also a serious point of view concerned by me. And voting procedures of the world is also surveyed to Initiate regularize or compulsion to voting and rid the neutrality of voters lest system become healthy and more healthy.
